Reports

The Reports section covers financial summaries and an audit trail of admin activity. Used by: Admin and Super Admin.

Revenue Report

Route: https://admin.uibeta.org/admin/reports/revenue

The Revenue Report shows total income for a period broken down by month and by product type (membership, class, event, etc.).

Choosing a date range

Four preset buttons let you jump to common ranges without entering dates:

What the report shows

  • Total revenue for the selected period.
  • Monthly breakdown — a table with one row per calendar month showing the amount collected that month.
  • By product type — a second table showing total revenue split by product category (e.g. Membership, Class Enrollment, Event Registration).

Exporting to CSV

Two export buttons appear at the top of the report:

  • Monthly CSV — one row per month; good for a finance summary or spreadsheet chart.
  • Detail CSV — one row per transaction line item; use this for a full itemized export.

Both exports respect the current date range.


Refunds

Route: https://admin.uibeta.org/admin/reports/refunds

The Refunds page is a ledger of every issued refund. Use it to audit refund history, answer member questions, or prepare a finance report.

What it shows

Each row shows: member name, original payment amount, amount refunded, refund date, and Stripe refund ID (for cross-referencing in Stripe).

Filtering by date

Enter a From and To date to narrow the list to a specific period. Leave either blank to show all refunds before or after a single date.

Exporting to CSV

Click Export CSV to download the current filtered view.


Activity Log

Route: https://admin.uibeta.org/admin/reports/activity

The Activity Log records admin actions taken in the system — who did what and when. Use it to investigate a change, confirm a staff action, or answer a question from a member.

What it shows

Each row includes:

  • Date/time — When the action was taken.
  • Staff member — Who performed the action.
  • Action — What happened (e.g. refund issued, membership cancelled, role changed).
  • Summary — A plain-English description of the action with key details (amount, reason, etc.).
  • Entity link — A clickable link to the affected payment, user, or membership record.

Click the link in a row to jump directly to the related record:

  • Payment → opens the payment detail page.
  • User → opens the user detail page.
  • Membership → opens the membership detail page.

Payload drawer

For actions where more detail is stored (such as profile changes or role updates), click the row to expand the full payload. Common actions show a formatted summary; less common ones display the raw data.
