Settings
Your account settings let you update your profile, change your password, view billing information, choose how you receive emails, and unsubscribe from emails you no longer want. This page walks through each settings area step by step.
Profile (Name, Email, Contact Info)
- Log in and go to My Account (https://ui-portal.fly.dev/account).
- Open Settings and then Profile (or go to https://ui-portal.fly.dev/account/settings/profile).
- Update your name, email, or other contact fields as shown on the form.
- Click Save (or Update profile).
Your profile is used for confirmations, class and event communications, and account identification.
Changing your email
Changing your email may require you to verify the new address. If the site sends a verification email, click the link in that email to confirm. Until you verify, the old email might still be used for some messages.
Security (Changing Your Password)
- Log in and go to My Account → Settings → Security (or https://ui-portal.fly.dev/account/settings/security).
- Enter your current password and then your new password (and confirm it), as required by the form.
- Click Save or Change password.
Use a strong password that you do not use elsewhere. After you change it, you must use the new password to log in.
Billing (Viewing Billing Info)
- Log in and go to My Account → Settings → Billing (or https://ui-portal.fly.dev/account/settings/billing).
- You can view the billing information we have on file (for example the payment method used for your membership or renewals). If the site allows updating payment details, you will see an option to do so there.
If you need to change how you pay or update a card, use the options on that page or contact staff.
Notifications (Email Preferences)
- Log in and go to My Account → Settings → Notifications (or https://ui-portal.fly.dev/account/settings/notifications).
- Adjust your preferences (for example which emails you want: class reminders, event confirmations, membership reminders, or marketing messages). Check or uncheck the options as shown.
- Click Save to keep your choices.
These settings control what kinds of email you receive from Upstate International. You can turn some types off without unsubscribing from everything.
Unsubscribing from Emails
If you want to stop receiving certain emails, you can use the unsubscribe link in an email or manage preferences in settings.
From an email:
- Open one of the emails you want to stop receiving.
- Scroll to the bottom and click the Unsubscribe link.
- You will be taken to a page (for example https://ui-portal.fly.dev/unsubscribe/... with a unique token) where you can choose what to unsubscribe from.
- You can unsubscribe by category (for example only marketing emails) or from all emails. Select your choice and confirm.
- Your preferences are saved. You will no longer receive the types you turned off.
If you change your mind: Go back to My Account → Settings → Notifications and turn the types of email you want back on, or contact staff and ask to be resubscribed.
