Logging In & Who Does What
This section covers how to log in, who uses the portal vs the admin, and what to do if you forget your password.
How to Log In
- Members (portal): Open https://ui-portal.fly.dev in your browser and click Log in. Use the email and password you set when you registered or claimed your account.
- Staff and instructors (admin): Open https://ui-admin.fly.dev in your browser and log in with the credentials you were given. Only staff and instructors have access to the admin.
Use the correct URL for your role so you land in the right place.
Who Uses What

If You Forget Your Password
Use the “Forgot password?” link on the login page. Enter your email and follow the instructions in the email you receive to set a new password. If you do not receive the email, check spam or contact Andrew.
Test Mode and the Testing Suite
On non-live environments (e.g. staging), a test mode may be enabled so you can try payments or emails without affecting real data or sending real emails to members. The testing suite (Time Machine, scenarios, reset, cleanup) is for staff and developers on those environments only. Do not use it in production for day-to-day work.
